Join Sharon-Cutwell, a manufacturer of precision cutting tools for aerospace and other high-tech industries, in a hands-on, entry-level maintenance position at our Belgium, WI facility.

Bonus: Quarterly performance bonuses — recent bonuses have been very strong.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and help repair downed production machines

• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment

• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization

• Assist with building and facility repairs

• Handle miscellaneous maintenance projects and shop support tasks

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of hand tools

• Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Mechanical or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required
